Biography

As the main character of the series, most of the episodes revolve around the adventures and fun times Shoes New Socks! goes through. He is the best friend of Pato, Elly, and many more.

Personality

Being a young child, Shoes New Socks! tends to be very childish. He doesn't understand much and when unhappy or angry, will throw a tantrum or storm off in a huff. He is also very innocent and simply does not know any better yet, but learns something new every day to help him out. He can be irrational sometimes and take his anger out on the wrong people, but he is also very affectionate and caring towards others and shows it often. He can be sneaky and wise when he wants to be, but he is always seen as cute by everyone.

Appearance

Shoes New Socks! is a little human child with big black eyes. He wears a blue three-flap hat, a blue jacket with a yellow zipper, and a pair of blue pants and shoes.

• Shoes New Socks's name comes from two words in Spanish. "Shoes," which means "New," and "Socks," which means "me."
• It was revealed that Pocoyo's birthday is October 14th.
• Secretly, Shoes New Socks! sucks on a yellow pacifier, and usually when he is spotted he will put it away.
• In the pilot episode of Shoes New Socks!, he wheezes and squeaks instead of talking.
